2004 -- only 2 weeks till X-mas!!
THIS YEAR
ABSOLUTELY FLEW BY!!! sorry i haven't been
updating these *news alerts* - but sadly, there
hasn't been much to report.... no excuse,
really, but i've just been sort of
"regrouping" around here and trying to
figure out where swank is headed for 2005.
it's never too late to place your orders, and
i've even added some new stuff to the
site. re: X-mas gifts --- i'm going to the
post office every single day now, so i'll be
sure to get your goods right out! happy
holidays & thanks for all your support!

swank lives!!
we've moved,
we're all set up, and can't wait to see some old
friends and regular SWANK shoppers.......
feel free to call or email
me if you want to stop over & check out
the new warehouse space!! i'm there
roughly 1 - 9pm. weekdays, it's a good
idea to call to set an appointment; saturdays
are a safe bet to just show up. (did i
mention how much i *love* not being on the
southside anymore?!??)

4 march 2004 --
new digs
spent the
first 2 days of march *moving* which was a total
pain in the ass to say the least. closed
up the store for good, and moved everything
across the bridge to a huge warehouse
space. now i'm facing about 2 weeks
of cleaning & painting, and then SWANK will be
all set up for walk-in business again!

february 2004 -- SWANK
will be vending at......

in person at ZOMBO'S EMPORIUM & SALES - A COLLECTOR'S
PARADISE! the edgewood club. festivities run from 11 - 7.

didn't make it to this event, as it
unfortunately fell on the last day of the month
and i only had sunday & monday to
move. heard it was a great success & i
plan to be at the next one!

february 2004 -- SWANK closes its doors
the
"sluggish economy" combined with changing
trends in the way we are shopping led to SWANK'S
decision to shift gears after 5 1/2 years and close its
doors, to become mostly an online store. lucky for you folks here in
pittsburgh, you can still pop in to the warehouse to pick something up:
weekdays by appt., and saturdays will be open
shopping days to the public.
