do you have a mail-order catalog?
no.
we have a storage space in pittsburgh and all of our products are available here on the website.
there is no way we could put together a print catalog,
as our inventory is so limited and changes so
frequently. (why would you need a print catalog anyway
when you have the constantly-updated website?!?)

is it safe to order by credit card?
yes!!
our shopping cart is 100% secure, using SSL (secure
sockets layer) encryption. we check all credit
card numbers and have them authorized before
shipping. when you go to the shopping cart you will
notice that the first few pages of checkout ask basic
information like your name & shipping address.
when you get to the final page which asks for your
credit card info, you will see two things: 1) that
the website address in your browser bar is https://www......
instead of http://www......
that "s" means the site is secure. and
2) if you look at the bottom right corner of your
browser,
you will see a lil gold padlock, which also confirms
that you are on a secure webpage.

how/when will my order be shipped?
we
ship only thru the U.S. POST. usually it will go
priority mail.... sometimes first class.
we do NOT have a ups account, or a fedex account, as
it stands. we only ship through the post.
expect to see your items within 7 - 10 days
(but often sooner). we do not
charge your credit card until the item(s) are actually
packed up & ready to go.

what if an item is backordered?
if
we are out of stock on something you order i will
contact you to let you know and you can decide if you
want to wait for that item or cancel your order.
we can always ship partials if some items are
available and others aren't. *make sure you
supply me a valid email addy & phone number so i can
contact you.

if i order a large quantity of an item can i get a
discount?
sorry,
but no. i don't get any form of discount from my
vendors, whether i call in for just one piece of something,
or 300 pieces.... so i in turn cannot offer you
a discount. get back to me one day when SWANK is
the million dollar business it deserves to be and we
will gladly hook up everyone who supported us when we
were struggling!

what forms of payment do you accept?
our
shopping cart allows for payment by : visa, mastercard,
discover, american express, money order, check, and
even paypal! it rocks, and no worries, it is
completely secure - check it out!!!

what about international orders?
orders
from outside the USA *may* be held a week for fraud
detection. you *may* be asked to supply the name
of the bank that issued your credit card and their
phone number. this information will remain
confidential and will only be used to help us verify
the authenticity of the credit card. trust me,
you would not view this as an inconvenience if someone
was trying to use YOUR stolen credit card number.

can I pay by credit card and have my order shipped to
indonesia?
no.
we do not accept credit card orders from indonesia.
ALSO because of
the excessive rate of fraud we will not accept credit
card orders from russia, china, turkey, yugoslavia,
malaysia, pakistan, philippines, singapore, thailand,
the middle east..... or any third world country.
but feel free to order if you want to send a
check or international money order.
ALL
CREDIT CARD NUMBERS are checked before processing so
take your fraud somewhere else.

do you accept returns?
returns
are not a problem if you contact us within 7 days
of receipt of goods to discuss return/exchange.
items must still be new with tags and unworn. we
cannot take returns on certain items, like hair grease,
underwear, etc..... please use common sense.
we cannot reimburse shipping costs. |
